How to mark a Contractor in-active
Sales > Managing Contractors > How to mark a Contractor in-active

If you no longer want to use a contractor and stop staff using it, you will need to mark it as being in-active. Use the following instructions to do so:

To mark a contractor record as in-active

  1. From the home page, choose Sales and the Customers button
  2. Choose the Contractors tab
  3. Using the search window find the contractor you wish to amend
  4. Choose Edit
  5. Un-tick the Active check box
  6. Choose Save

 

It's important to note that the default filter on the Contractor page only shows active contractors. If you have marked the contractor as in-active and the filter is default to only show active the contractor will disappear from view until you change the Active filter to either 'All' or 'No'.
